This project features a massive 216-foot-long covered grandstand designed with 2,056 seats—including 232 premium backrest seats and 16 wheelchair-accessible spaces—to ensure an inclusive, high-quality experience for every fan. The grandstand includes a press box and was designed for utilizing the space beneath for integrating team rooms and public restrooms, maximizing utility for the Blaine School District while serving as a versatile hub for regional athletics, graduation ceremonies, and local celebrations.
