The Riverview Park playground was designed to bring Snoqualmie’s railroad heritage to life with a vibrant, barrier-free play destination where no child is left on the sidelines. Tiny conductors can explore a custom train-themed structure for ages 2–5, while older adventurers master balance and coordination on the multi-level 5-12 structure with Hex Net and disc climbers. Integrated with a Dynamic Sensory Ramp and seamless poured-in-place rubber surfacing for total accessibility, the park invites everyone to join the fun—complete with an ensemble of musical instruments that all can enjoy. Planning for this project began in 2022 and it was opened to the public in the summer of 2023.
